Woohoo! I just received word that WeatherTech has (finally!) released their DigitalFit floor liners for the new (2014+) Toyota Highlander. They come in black, tan, or grey, and fit all models except the hybrid version. You can buy them row-by-row or in a multi-row combo pack.
For the 1st row only, you’re looking at a list price of $109.95. The 2nd & 3rd rows are (individually) available for $69.95 each. You can buy the 1st & 2nd row together for $179.90. Or the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd rows can be had for $249.85. So no, there’s no discount for buying multiple pieces at once.
Note that the 3rd row liner only appears to be available for those with the 2nd row bench seat. That being said, the 2nd row floor liner appears to be identical for both seating of the available 2nd row seating configurations (bench seat vs. captain’s chairs), but I’m not 100% sure about that.

As far as I can tell, they still haven’t released their cargo liner for the 2014 Highlander, but that’s okay. I’m still partial to the OEM cargo tray with the split that allows you to fold the 40/60 rear seats up and down separately.
As of now, the WeatherTech website appears to be the primary source of these liners, though they may start showing up elsewhere over time.
